To live in Quinta de S. João is such a great pleasure that we would like to share with someone else, so that we invite anybody to spend their holidays in this rustically property.
      This Quinta is placed at Estreito de Câmara de Lobos in an agricultural area exceeding known for the production of the famous Madeira Wine, Bananas and Flowers (Birds of Paradise), with its private entrance road, very calm, away of the undesired.
      The house that we supposes to have been build in the XVII century, it was first remodelled in earlier 60 and again in earlier 2003, having the maximum care of not altering the simple and rustically Quinta roots and its Madeira Style.
      The recently refurbishment has transformed the traditional “Rooms to let tourism house” into a charming self – catering 3 deluxe bedroom apartment Quinta.
      With its new design, Quinta de S. João has gained a touch of elegance, and independence, able to suits anybody request of privacy and comfort. The bedrooms are spacious set with en – suite bathrooms; the views are gorgeous, over the vast plain, including the high sea.
      The decoration has a touch of elegance and finess, the furniture are a mixture of modern and old fashioned styles, the equipment are various and modern which provides all the requirements for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at S. João.
      Remaining part of its amenities, there is a large garden area and a magnificient view, very calm, surrounded by large areas of vineyards, banana trees and birs of paradise plants. To your comfort there are as well garden furniture set and a barbecue spot for the use of its guests.
      Being a traditional Quinta, there is also a restored secular chapel incorporated, can be used for moments of meditation and faith.
      At Quinta de S. João, the guests can just rest and relax in a pleasant coutry atmosphere, walk on the waterways or to apreciate in loco the production of the vineyard and banana tree culture.
